When you are counting the length of your cycle, do you start with the fist day of your period and then go to the date of when your next one begins? I know it is something like that, but I am not quite sure what. Thanks, Abbie

Just bear in mind that counting the days of your cycles can be used for a lot of things, but that isn't the same as charting your fertility nor is counting the days in your cycles a reliable means of birth control.
