Just a random question....how far into pregnancy do most women feel like they are going to faint or pass out? like a week after conception...or a month after conception?

I don't think I've ever heard of feeling faint as a sign of pregnancy, first of all; it can usually be a symptom of a more serious ailment. If you're having any faint, lightheaded feelings you need to see your doctor and make sure you're all right.

And if you think you're pregnant, and you're feeling faint, the best way to find out if you're pregnant is to take a pregnancy test. You can take one two weeks after the event, or take one on the first day of a missed period.
