i don't know it seems that today got me really body feels like it is just a blob of jell-o that is a robot...i guess it all started when this party got put on me today and it is tomorrow and all the stress of it and everything else that is happen in my life just built together today...i don't know what to body seems to tell me that all i need is sleep but i can't i just worry about everything...what can i do please help me....thank you

i'm sorry if u can't understand what i'm sayin i want to say so many things and ican't thank u....

Seriously, you should just listen to what your body is saying. Take a short half and hour nap. Trust me, you will be so much more productive and so much more happy after it.

Always listen to what your body says sweetie. It tells you things for a reason. *hugs* Now go get some rest.

Take care of yourself! Listen to what your body is telling you. Because of APs and schoolwork, I ignored my sleepiness and sluggish symptoms..and found out I had mono a few weeks later. So take care of yourself, because you only get one body in your lifetime.

That happens to me sometimes too.. I'm just DRAINED. Taking a nap after school can help so long as you don't OVERDO it. Then you can be drowsy all day anyway!

I know what you mean! Take a nap or just relax and watch tv. But don't ignore what your body is telling you, if you need to sleep then sleep, get your mind off all the stress and just relax.

If you can't sleep because of stress, can I suggest a hot bath. It'll relax you and then you can have a short nap. If what you need is to focus than a warm shower usually helps me. They both offer you a time out, which is always helpful. Good luck

If you think your body is telling you to get more sleep you should. If you dont your going to be sorry later. I just got over a period of 2 weeks with a very bad headach(bad enough to keep me from school most of that time) Last tuesday i fell asleep in the afternoon and I didnt really wake up untill late wednesday night(a good 19 hours).I feel better now but all the work I miss is giving a a ulcer now(but that's another story)
