Does anyone have any good natural or herbal remedies for everyday problems?

One of my favorites is chaste tree. It works well on easing PMS symptoms. It's so very seful in my life . There's more stuff on it here.

Just a side note- while I was looking for some other articles on herbs and stuff, I found that regular cranberry juice can actually aggravate the discomfort of a UTI, so 100% juice or cranberry pills are better.

Camomile tea on anything infected, like eyes, or wounds.

Lavender as an antiseptic.

Tea tree as an antifungal.

Lavender and mint tea for happiness.

I find Chai tea (a blended black tea) is a wonderful mentally uplifing, relaxing wonder-worker! I drink a few cups a day, it's great for cleansing out the system, and for getting to sleep if you're a bit crampy.
Plus, it tastes wonderful

I'm also a huge fan of St Johns Wort for Pre-Menstrual Depression/Anxiety.

The only herbal I take is sam-E, a mood balancer (think herbal prozac only not so strong).

Bear in mind that St John's wort can seriously reduce effectiveness of the Pill.
