I am uncirumsized. When putting a condom on, I should pull it back, right? But how far? All the way down? Or just past the tip? I noticed that when I pull it all the way down, on withdrawal, it has a tendency to nearly come off.

I assume this is a normal problem, but I just don't want any accidents to happen. So any input would be nice.

I realize that quote isn't clear about how far to push the foreskin back, but hopefully some other posters have experience or advice on that.
