I know there are dental dams out there for female received oral sex, but I can't find anything about oral sex performed on male contraception. Is there any kind of contraception for guys receiving oral sex? Besides condoms.

That was posted just to prove that I did indeed do a search.

Using a condom is the only way to prevent the spread of STDs during oral sex performed on males.

Dental dams and cling film (aka "saran wrap") can be used for oral sex on women, but for men, condoms are the only way to go.

Why only condoms? Because of the way a penis is shaped, it makes cling film much more difficult to hold in to place, leaving it liable to slip off during oral sex and thereby leave you and your partner liable for STD transmission. (Plus, wrapping cling film tightly around someone's penis is going to cut down on transmitting sensation, whereas a lubricated condom will not cut down on senation as much, if at all.)

So why can you use cling film/dental dams on a woman's vagina? However, because a woman's vaginal area is differently shaped, it's easier to keep cling film, dental dams, or condoms or latex gloves cut lengthwise in place. (there are also harnesses that you can get to hold them in place as well.)

Make sense?

Thanks for doing a search first, and thanks for your question.

Yep yep yep...Erin's right! Yay for condoms! They're great, cause you know you're being safer and responsible. And they come in flavors and colors and all kinds of fun stuff!

Those harnesses sound helpful. What is the price range for them?
