there are three ways to make a penis appear larger: implants, ligament disconnection, and fat injections

the implant is a flexible plastic device that is surgically put into the penis and gives it extra length and girth. since it's a plastic device, your penis will never really be flaccid ever again. you just sort of have to coil it away like a garden hose or something.

ligament disconnection is a common way to "lengthen" the penis. your penis has two ligaments than anchor it to your pelvis. think of two guy wires holding up a tentpole. these ligaments help your erection point upward. If you sever them, yes, your penis will look longer, but when it gets hard, it will point straight down thanks to your friend gravity. unfortunately, this is a common way to go 'cause it's a quick procedure.

and fat injections. a professor once described this (during the same lecture that describe the ligament cutting surgery) as causing you to "wind up with a lumpy dick." (I had never heard a prof ever use the word "dick" till that day). Anyway, so they take fat from one part of your body and shove it under the skin of your penis. This will give it the appearance of being a bit thicker. however, he fat has this tendency to do things like clump up or get reabsorbed into the body. So not only can your penis wind up looking really messed up, you have to back for more injections 'cause the stuff wears off.
