There are not that many good online resources for teen parents that I've seen. However, they do exist!

girlMom is a website for pregnant teenagers, teenagers who are parents, adults who have had children as teenagers, etcetera. It supports the choices teen parents make. It includes a messageboard community along with articles from a teen mom's perspectives. Teen fathers, as far as I'm aware, are also welcome at girlMom.

Hip Mama is a site full of articles about parenting and being a parent.

I'll do some more searching, and hopefully be back with more links for you.

There aren't too many supportive web groups specifically for teen parents out there (I've been looking!), but the Parenting board at Getcrafty might be worth a look too. The whole site's simed at DIY types, who can be really helpful in sorting out how to, say, feed yourself and your family on a small budget, or make things you'd otherwise have to buy. The boards tend to be pretty friendly, too, and the politics are a bit less extreme than those found at many other sites. http://discuss.gromco.com/mwforum/board_show.pl?id=6

Hi,

Mamatron is a good site. It has threads for young mamas, student mamas, stay at home mamas, ect... they have everything. The people there are super supportive, and offer advice if you ask for it. www.mamatron.org
www.parentsinfo.sympatico.ca is a good site too. They are canadian. They have a toll free number too. They can give you numbers and such of places in your area if you are in canada. Anyhoo, check out those 2 sites, I found them (and still do find them) super helpful.

Just a note, it appears that mamatron has shut down for a bit (until the new year at least). It's a shame, but checkout the other sites people gave you!

for your basic teen mom group you can try:
http://www.belliesandbabies.com

for alternative parents you can try
http://www.fiercefamily.com
http://www.rebelmamascoop.com

and LiveJournal also has tons of groups for all kinds of parents, so you should check out the communities.

oh, and mamatron is no longer, so it can be removed.
