Is this sexual abuse? Or classed as sexual abuse?
When I was younger some thing happened and it made me wonder is that sexual abuse. What it was is some one older than me used to kiss me and do stuff like heavy kissing and hugging and all this and I enjoyed it at the time and found it fun and nice but now im older I understand that they didnít care about me and where using me but at the time I was naive and didnít think that and I encouraged them to do stuff to me but I was just being used. And another thing was I used to go to my friends house and we used to play out side and his mom used to sunbath naked and walk around naked while we was there and there was porn in her house as well that was easy to access. so that inappropriate behaviour and if you acted like that today you would not get away with walking round naked /sunbathing naked with all the child protection that would be a no no. I know that both people probably meant no harm and that but just wondered if any of that would be classed as sexual abuse? Or borderline sexual abuse?

Well your friend's mother walking around naked in her own house wouldn't be considered sexual abuse -- since she wasn't being sexual in any way. Depending on public decency laws in your area, her sunbathing (if it was in public view) MIGHT be consider indecent exposure, but that's still not counted as sexual abuse. As for the porn, if your friend's mother didn't make you look at it (if it was just around the house), then I don't think it would fall under any kind of sexual abuse laws, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
As for the older person kissing you -- if you hadn't given permission for them to do that first, that would be counted as sexual assault/abuse. And if they were considerably older than you (older than the age of consent) then even if you HAD consented it'd still count as sexual abuse. Although the hugging probably wouldn't fall under that label, since hugging isn't a sexual thing. Does that help clarify? Edit: I looked it up and it seems like nude sunbathing doesn't count as indecent exposure in the UK. So your friend's mother wasn't committing any kind of offence.
