Is there a way to increase the thickness of semen? I know diet impacts taste but what about thickness and color? I also seem to ejaculate really hard when having sex. Is there a better way to control this?

Actually, save general nutrition, and the overall goodness of diet -- as in, does someone generally eat healthy foods or do they eat like crap -- on the whole, there has been very little solid data to support the idea that the taste of semen changes much per diet. The thickness or thinness of semen is something that is not going to really be noticeable. On the whole, semen is pretty much the same consistency for everyone. Can you fill me in on where this concern is coming from? I also don't think I understand what you mean when you say you "ejaculate really hard." Ejaculation, no matter who does it or how, isn't something where someone's going to lose an eye or anything. Perhaps you can explain your concern about that a bit more clearly as well?

In regards to the thickness: I have just noticed that my loads are different than those I see when watching porn. I wasn't sure if there is a spectrum of thickness/consistentcy of semen or not? As to the "hard" ejacultaion, it's more a concern of avoiding spraying everywhere and scaring my GF. I can control the ejaculation more when I am finishing myself compared to when my GF is finishing me. Just wondering if there was something I can do to maybe not scare my GF every time I come! Thanks!

Pornography isn't a sound place to get an isea about much that's realistic with sex. And one trick sometimes used in porn with semen is to fake it with things like cornstarch, which can make the consistency and thickness look a lot different than it does in real life. Really, when it comes to what semen looks like, unless we're talking about healthy people versus those with illnesses or infections that impact how semen looks, it all basically looks pretty much the same. We can talk about why you're comparing sex in real life to porn, if that's something that is creating concerns for you. Why do you think your girlfriend would feel afraid about an ejaculation? has she said she feels scared? If so, of what? For sure, it might well be that you feel more excited when you're having sex with a partner versus during masturbation, and thus, your ejaculations or orgasms might have a bit more oomph behind them, as it were. But again, no one is going to get hurt here, it's not like a fire hose or anything.

I'm not concerned about comparing what I do to porn, I'm perfectly happy with my sex life. I was just curious to know if there was something that could be done. My GF hasn't said anything about the size or spray of my orgasm, I just could tell by her facial expression she didn't trust that it would be confined to just her stomach. it is just a control problem that's a concern. I know I'm not going to cause any physical harm.

Maybe you two could actually talk about her concerns? Sounds like it hasn't been discussed, so might be worth a chat. Who knows, she may not be worried like you think, or may be worried about something else entirely. Ultimately, ejaculating on someone's body can be a pretty iffy thing for anyone when it's anywhere near their face (namely, eyes) or genitals (per pregnancy and STI risks). If it's not near those places, you're probably fine if she is. Or, you can always cup the head of your penis some with your hand when you're ejaculating to have most of it go right there.

We have had basic conservation about off limits places to finish (namely face). So I am for her chest/stomach or she finishes me and I just wind up shooting on myself or on the sheets. We use condoms but I have a tough time finishing in them due to sensitivity of the tip when I orgasm.

Are you finding condoms too sensitive or not sensitive enough around the tip? Marion

It isn't the condom, rather the head of my penis that gets too sensitive during orgasm. Becomes too uncomfortable when coming in the condom, thus we stop and remove before I ejaculate.

Sounds like you might be someone in the market for one of the condom styles with more headroom (which is what they usually call them). Or, you might find that the female condom is a good match for you.
