First, I'd like to not this is *not* a sex question, but a health question in general.Occaisionally, pain shoots through me. Sometimes I'll go numb or can't move the body part that hurts; when I get these in my chest its hard to breathe. I've told my parents but they won't do anything. Lately I've been getting more, especially in my chest. Anyone have a clue what's going on with me? I know its not just growth plates or growing pains, because those are different. Please help, if you can.

If your parents won't do anything, or they don't want you to, just sneak off to see a doctor. It sounds like something kind of serious. But regardless of what your parents think I'd see a doctor.

Only one problem with that.. the bill. I have no money. I'm only fourteen, so I can't get a job. Or atleast this late in the summer.

Oy. Hmmm... What about a clinic? Are there any in your area?

I don't know of any. Any that are more or likely in Leesburg or Farifax, which are pretty close. But I'll still need transportation. Being in the suburbs, we have no buses, + most of my friends who can drive normally are working.------------------ "So what do we do now?" "We go forward." "Together?" "Always."

To be honest, this does indeed sound like something you need to have looked at pronto.I cannot even fathom why your parents won't take you to a dcotor. if they still will not, just walk yourself into a hospital, and no, I am not kidding.
There are actually fairly serious diseases (like MS or Lupus) that involve those symptoms. Obviously, I'm not a doctor, I can't guess about your health, but that sort of experience is not something that should be happening.

I'm CERTAINLY not a doctor, but like Miz Scarlet says, it could be something serious. I thought that I would add that your symptoms are similar to those described by an aunt of mine who has MS. Now, I'm not making a diagnosis or anything, it's possible that it's something completely different and less serious, but you don't want to take that risk.

I've developed some spider veins, which sting a bit, + I'm most likely go to see a doctor about it. More or likely getting them removed. I'll be sure to bring it up. If not, then I will go to a hospital for a check up.If you don't mind me asking, what's MS/Lupus?

Lupus (or SLE systematic lupus erythromytis -- correct me if i'm wrong) is an autoimmune disorder. Your body does not recognize its own cells as self, and starts attacking them. In effect, you become allergic to yourself. At its worst, your joints can corrode and your immune system can destroy your vital organs. That's what happens without treatment. But medicines can suppress your immune response and keep your body in check. You'll be a bit hypersensitive to sunlight.MS is multiple sclerosis. Your immune system starts to attack your nervous tissue. It's a degenerative disease with no real treatment right now. It really sucks.
