So here's my situation. Me and my boyfriend had sex everyday for the week of Dec. 25th to Jan. 3rd. Each of these days I stopped taking my BC as my libido had dropped (clearly, it came back) All of these days we had been using a condom. It never fell off, it never broke (as he ALWAYS came on his own afterwards) However, we keep a ring on the base of him to ensure the condom stays on. He has came on this ring a few times & would put it away for the night. We would then use it the next night...could the sperm have stayed on and come in contact with my vagina? The ring would stay in the drawer till the next night. Is it possible the old sperm could impregnate me? There was never any physical sperm on it, as it had dried. Secondly, ONE night the condom did slip off. As he started to push in, I felt a slight pain and told him to get off. I had realized the condom was inside of me, not all of it, so I just quickly pulled it out. My question is: could the pre-cum from his penis get me pregnant? I am assuming it did touch me when it wasn't covered by the condom, as I didn't realized it had slipped off until 10 sec. later. He didn't cum that day and each time we have sex, he's urinated several times beforehand. I am just curious if maybe it could have done anything. All in all, I have NO clue why I am worrying. I had taken the Ella morning after pill on the 26th, so I am sure that it should have taken care of that mishap. But for some reason, I am still worrying? None of our condoms have physically broken that I have checked... And about my period, I have NO idea when to expect it. When I stopped my BC (early Dec.) My period lasted a week from early Dec. and then started back up again around the 20th of Dec (only for two days though) So I know my period is all screwed up. And then to add this morning after pill to my already messed up schedule...? I think I am going to be a nervous wreck for a good month until I find out when it's going to come. I thought I was going to start my period, as my regular symptoms started to come about: (acne, very small spotting in a brown color, light cramps) If it helps, I KNOW I was ovulating when I had sex. My libido was extremely high and I only act like that before/during ovulation. The ella pill I took was good for five days and I took it 8hrs after the condom mishap. And no need to worry about STIs, this is my long time partner of 6yrs and we have both been tested. I know this is a lot of information, I just want to be specific! Please help I'm freaking out so badly...

And to add, my period has still not come, even after I started to get my regular period symptoms. So I don't know what's going on.

Yes, I have read through them. I just have SO many different questions in my topic, I was having a hard time finding the reasons.

How about picking one or two of those questions the links didn't address, so we can get started with you on them?

Well, I read that sperm cannot live on things that are not ok conditions for them to survive. So I am assuming that the ring risk touching my vagina is NOT a risk for pregnancy? Am I correct? I think the main thing I am worried about is, I was ovulating when I had this week of sex. But I had taken Ella about half way through (when the condom incident happened) What are the chances of me being pregnant even after I had taken this pill?

This ring: are we talking about a **** ring? If so, is it not something one of you washes before or after each use? You say he's ejaculated on it: can you maybe tell me what you mean by that? I ask because if it is a ring that sits on the base of his penis, I'm a bit confused as to how it's something he's ejaculating on. You say you know when you are ovulating: do you chart your fertility with cervical mucus or basal temps daily to determine that with any accuracy?

Yes, essentially it's a **** ring. And I say he has ejaculated on it, because he gets on his back afterwards, takes off the condom and finishes with the ring still on. And no, I assume he doesn't wash it...Now that I think about it, that may have been a good idea to do. And no, I can just tell I am ovulating when my libido picks up to an extreme level. Like out of the ordinary, I act totally different for almost 5 days.

That libido rise might not coincide with your ovulation. The only way to really detect ovulation is through the measurements Heather mentioned above. It's a pretty good idea, for sanitation's sake, to wash toys between uses. What you're describing, with ejaculate getting on the ring, doesn't so much pose pregnancy risks, but if it isn't cleaned regularly, that could pose infection risks from bacteria or even just dirt having a chance to take up redsidene.
