Can a sti treated with antibotics, be treated with medicine without the medicine getting rid of the sti completely then it coming back even if taken antibotics right and for the remaining time?

Or a doctor perscribed the medicine but didn't know what kind of sti, could it not work then? Like a specific sti?

Both of those things are possible (for any kind of infection, not just STIs). If you've been treated for something and you don't think it's gone, the best thing to do is head back to the doctor to make sure.

Yea. Well, I called a doctors office who is accepting new patients, explained my situation and she told me I can't apply due to I have a family doctor 10 hours away, explained I'm here for work. She wanted my living arrangements to be permanent. So, now I have to sit here have a lousy doctor from a walk-in-clinic not believe me that something is going on. He ordered an ultrasound which I got done this morning, he told me he thinks there is nothing wrong with me. Right, why the hell was I rushed to a hospital in an ambulance yesterday? Then the hospital had the guts to tell me to not call an ambulance for non-life threatening issues, the nurse blew up and told me. Oh I'm sorry. I've been having pain for the last week and half two weeks now and it just got worse, what am I suppose to do? Then I saw the doctor and she told me, the hospital can't do anything about it, she told me to see a family doctor. Is this a joke? She admitted the hospital doesn't have the expertise to figure out what is going on... and they wouldn't refer me? So, now, I have to fight for a doctor who will take me while I am here, which is unknown how long I am staying. The doctor did give me a paper for a Sexual Health Clinic to find out if I still have an STI or anything. I feel my body doesn't need care for at all. No one wants to figure it out. The chiropractor I saw Wednesday said he felt tenderness in my right lower abdomen, it hurt, I was in so much pain I couldn't speak only hold my breath. I go back to see him tomorrow so he can continue my assessment. He found I've lost part of my sensitivity in my lower left leg, my spine had a weird curve at the bottom part of my back. I just need something. I need someone to help me, help me figure this pressure/pain. I've had it for 6 years, and it's gotten worse. I am going to get tested for STI, calling Monday when they're open.
