Hi, i was with my bf about two weeks ago (11 days into my menstrual cycle) and we were 'pleasuring'' eachother... He didnt ejaculate (was nowhere near) but he did precum and i think he had some precum on his fingers and then he fingered me... I was wondering if there could be any pregnancy risk at all because my period is two days late... I would appreciate any help!!! I know if there is a chance, it is slim, but even so i need to know if there is a risk at all... Thank you!!

Welcome to Scarleteen. The sexual activity you describe does not pose a pregnancy risk. Here's some reading material that will explain this further:Pregnancy Scared? Where DID I Come From? A Refresher Course in Human Reproduction

It's pretty hard to say why someone hasn't gotten their period at any given time. Reasons can range from stress, to illness (even a cold can throw things off), to the inconsistencies of the human body. Do you write down the dates that your periods start? Do they tend to come after the same number of days each time, or a different number of days? As to the why, here's an article with some thoughts:M.I.A or, Dude, Where's My Period?

Okay so my period is now three days late and sill showing no signs of arrival... Was there definitley no chance of pregnancy seeing as i was at the ovulation period of my menstrual cycle at the time? What is he fingered me immediately after he touched his p**** with precum???

Do you know if he touched his penis immediately before fingering you? While we do suggest cleaning hands before fingering to cut down on the risk of bacteria transfer, transferring sperm this way that will then lead to pregnancy is really not possible. Sperm need specific conditions in which to do their work, and being transferred from pre-ejaculate, to a finger, to the vulva, with an unknown period of time in between, doesn't constitute these conditions.

I think it was pretty soon after, (maybe 20-30 seconds) but the part that worries me is my period being so late... Its never normally this late!!!

In order for their to be a pregnancy risk from manual sex, the person's hand would have to be dripping in fresh semen. You'd know if that happened. Nothing you've described here sounds like a pregnancy risk, but if it would put your mind at ease to take a pregnancy test, then by all means you can certainly do that.

He was definitley not dripping in semen... He got half a fingertip-ful of precum at absolute most

How have you been feeling sick? Periods, as I've said, can be late for all sorts of reasons. Would it help you at this point to take a pregnancy test? Nothing you've described sounds like a pregnancy risk but it might help you to stop worrying if you knew for sure.

Im actually congested at the minute so i think it was just a cold... And im 14 so im not really in a position to get a pregnancy test, but if nothing sounds like a pregnancy risk, i might just have missed a period... If i have missed, when should my next one be due???
