Sorry but i have another question can sperm or precum transfer very easily like if you had oral sex then both partners wash their hands with soap and water then using a object to help the female partner masturbate or even doing both activities at the same time. Like if the guy touched the base of his penis and then used the "toy" to help masturbate could that be a big risk ? I know probably some risk to it and i would just like to know for safe keeping

To make sure it's clear, sperm are the cells that are in semen or ejaculate, and those are what can create a pregnancy. Pre-ejaculate usually doesn't contain sperm cells, but sometime it can. The point is, that from a pregnancy perspective, what matters are sperm cells. The situations you are describing can present possible risks of sexually transmitted infections, unless people aren't touching each other's bodies at all. But they are not at all likely to present a risk of pregnancy, because sperm cells are very delicate and need the fluids that carry them. Does that, combined with those articles, help clear this up for you?

No need to be sorry. Again, for there to be sperm cells in the first place, there need to be fluids from the penis. So, if and when there are not in the first place, or someone has washed or wiped there hands so there's no fluid anymore, it doesn't matter about vaginal fluids. Only when there are fluids from the penis which contain sperm cells, like with ejaculate, can vaginal fluids play a part in pregnancy occurring. In the kinds of situations you're describing, the fact that the vagina always has fluids of its own doesn't change the level of risk.

No, that doesn't change anything. In fact, if someone has just ejaculated then you have contact with their penis, it's more likely their pre-ejaculate may contain sperm. You don't need to be sorry, but again, at this point, all you can do is wait this out and then, moving forward, make different choices. Since you're so worried, how about not taking the risks you have been from here on out, and just making sure you always use condoms? Also, unprotected oral sex can pose high risks of some STIs, so if you and your partner haven't been together exclusively for more than six months and each have had current tests for all STIs with negative results, and you don't want to take those risks, either, it's wise to use condoms for that, too.
