So, I'm absolutely aware that I've had no pregnancy risk this month; as all I've done was manual sex and oral sex. No semen got near me, and he was touching other surfaces and my clothes before touching me anyway. I usually get cramps about two weeks before my bleed starts; and though I started to get them right on schedule this month, they are really stretched out now and are off and on. I know that shouldn't worry me and that bleeds and cramps and other "period" symptoms can change from month to month. When I had my breakthrough bleeding last month, I had kind of figured then that this bleed might be a little different (my body might be re-adjusting itself, perhaps?). My partner randomly asked when I'd be on my "period," and I guess that freaked me out a bit (though I'm sure he knows as well as I do that there was no pregnancy risk in what we did). I know he could've just been asking because he might've wanted to plan something before or after that, but I guess that made me really think about my cramps. I don't really know why I've written this post, since I know I have no risk and cramps are as subjective as trying to guess what clouds look like... So cramps can vary from month to month, correct? And I know the absence of cramps aren't a cause for panic, either. Getting cramps for me like this seems to be a side effect of my pill, so I guess that when that side effect isn't as present, I find it weird.

Yes, cramps do very from month to month, so if they're a bit worse once in a while, or a bit better once in a while, it's no reason for concern
If your cramps or other period symptoms ever change more drastically -- like if the cramps suddenly get much worse and/or last for a lot longer -- it'd be best to check in with a doctor to make sure everything's alright. But other than that, you should be good!

Thank you so much, Onionpie! I really appreciate it! I guess I just worry when my cramps and other symptoms don't act as "regular" as they normally do (though I know menstrual cycles are so varied).

I've done a very stupid thing. My vulva had stopped hurting for about a week, and so I started looking at my discharge again by inserting my fingers. I think I made my previously-healed abrasion hurt more. I'm so upset with myself!
I took some Ibuprofen to help with the pain. How long do I have to wait for it to heal? I guess one week or so isn't enough (though I know that you can't just give me an objective answer since you can't examine me). Thank you!

We really can't possibly know -- like, at all -- because we can't possibly know what is going on with your vulva or vagina, nor what kind of injury is going on here.
But I'd say that if a week after a possible minor abrasion you are still having any pain or bleeding, including from just gently inserting a lubricated finger, I'd suggest seeing a doctor or clinician, because I'd not expect you to still be having any issues with this if during that week, you didn't mess with it, didn't have any genital sex, etc. Were you ever able to go see a healthcare provider?

I'm sorry, I understand what you mean about not being able to know what's going on!
I'm not bleeding, and the pain is less now. I just started inserting my fingers about a day or two ago, and I had no pain there for a while until today. I don't use lube, but these times I made sure to wash my hands and under my nails; and use hand sanitizer. I'm kind of wary of all the hygiene products I use; so I might switch some things around and see if any soaps I use will be better for me. The doctor's office is supposed to call today (which didn't happen) or tomorrow. But if they don't call tomorrow, I am definitely calling Monday. I understand that I spill out my many questions to you here when I should be asking her in-person! I guess the wait is kind of bothering me a little. But I'll be seeing her soon hopefully, and her secretary did state that I'd be a priority of sorts since it has been at least over two weeks since these calls to her office had first been made.
