According to www.ageofconsent.com the age of consent in India is 16, so it would not be legal for you to have sex with your girlfriend right now. This applies to all forms of sex, not just intercourse. Whether or not she is physically ready for vaginal intercourse really depends a lot how far she, as an individual, is along in puberty. Since it differs from person to person, there's no way of telling, but at 14 years old there is a chance that she hasn't completed puberty yet. Emotional readiness is another factor that we cannot judge here, but is extremely important to take into account-- willingness to engage in a particular activity doesn't necessarily mean that either you or her have considered all the implications of the action. The issue of having intercourse with your girlfriend is going to be less an issue of physical safety (as long as you use proper protection, ie condoms, etc. and both communicate, set boundaries, don't try and force anything or move too quickly if you aren't both comfortable to) and more an issue of legality. The Age of Consent in India is 16, that means that she is under the age of consent and if you engage in sexual activity with her it would be breaking the law. If you were ever caught/reported, you could face some serious criminal charges. (Mindmeld!) [ 06-02-2006, 04:56 AM: Message edited by: dailicious ]

We have given you the information to read to know about the physical risks that come with sexual activity. Because we don't know your girlfriend, we cannot give you any information about her individual concerns or readiness. It is against guidelines to discuss illegal activity on this board, and like has been advised, it would be illegal for you to engage in sexual activity with her at this time and so certainly not avisable for you to do so for that reason.

That really depends on how your local authorities interpret your law. Could you phone your local police and ask them. We recommend that if you don't know how your law is interpreted, to refrain from any sexual activities beyond kissing and hugging, to be on the safe side.
