I'm on the birth control pill. Last night i forgot to take it...i took it as soon as i got up...4.5 hours late. I had sex that day, but i don't think he came inside of me but he might have. Is this a high risk of pregnancy here.

No, it is not, though, yes, taking a late pill is going to mean the risk is higher than if you had taken all your pills on time.
For that reason, and because the pill offers no STI protection (and you're more likely statistically and practically to contract an STI than to become pregnant) we advise users on the pill to also use condoms, every time.
