recently Ive been having nightmares, well to me their nightmares......for example my ex tellin me he loves then laughin and just leaveing .....or I came really close to being raped.. but it didnt happen thats what matters right? i have nightmares that im being raped or someones in my room or just stuff like that and its just all getting to me my mind never stops and I pratically raise a new born for the past 2 months so when I get sleep i need it (ps the kids not mine)(long story) i just dont ever get a peaceful good sleep and its killing me ---all i wanna do is cry I wake up cryin and i fall asleep with tears......... any advice?

Hey there, I'm sorry you're having a tough time with sleeping restfully. I wrote a response to a situation almost exactly like yours, so go check it out. I'm going to close this one so we can keep one thread on the subject, and keep the forums tidy okay?
