Thought this might be of interest to some. I know that I have the privilege of being in a country where emergency contraception has always been accessible to me, legally and practically, no matter my age, and that many users don't have that same privilege. Even with that in mind, the prospect of use of emergency contraception being punishable with jail time in Honduras sounds alarming. Wrong science claiming that EC is the same as abortion shouldn't be allowed to catch on anywhere in the world.
I've been watching this campaign group for a few years now, and their information has always seemed well-researched and solid to me. (If anyone considers signing the petition, I can say that after signing a number of petitions with them, I receive emails informing me of other campaigns they run, but no spam, anything dodgy or anything at all from any other organisation or source.)

Avaaz.org is very good. This is why I recommended Heather get in touch with them in regards to the Pakistan Scarleteen blackout.
