I'm not sure if you've heard about this but Amazon appears to be stripping sales rankings from GLBT books of all ratings and hiding them from searches under the guise of 'protecting its user base from adult material'. This includes children's books like 'Heather Has Two Mommies' and yet the Playboy Centerfold book remains unaffected.

LA Times Article

Of course, some corners of the internet are going nuts and rightly so, because any place that would rather sell you a book on dog fighting than preventing suicide in gay teens is definitely messed up.

What comes up now if you make a search for 'homosexuality' could just make you cry. Amazon appears to be trying to pass this off as a 'glitch' but it's a little late for that kind of butt-covering.
