In my old self-help group thang we did this and it always makes me smile! Now this is in no particular order...
sandals tank tops and baggy jeans ben and jerry's ice cream cappucinno brownies *drools* memories of my ex-best friend meghan thinking of my new best friend crystal!!! sunrises!!! Good Topic The best things in my life in no order are: my family my friends and how they make me laugh having fun and laughing till you cry love-and the great feeling it gives me inside my boyfriend-how he loves me, what we do, how we are and how he makes me feel the sky (and how it looks when the sun is setting) thunderstorms chocolate sex and all the other naughty stuff-cos it makes you feel all fuzzy this board...it's great life...you only have one, so you have to live it and learn it. i believe that everything (even if it's bad) has a meaning. kisses (the sloppy ones, the little ones, the long slow tingly ones)

yay, a happy and joyous topic!! (definitely one of my favorite things) Here goes: any sort of time spent with my Mike the vibrate-y feeling you get when you're playing a piano or a guitar and you're really into the music stomping in puddles nasty people getting their comeuppance exuberant craziness the way it looks when everyone starts jumping up and down at a concert jambalaya, potato pancakes, and strawberry rhubarb pie when you look at your work schedule and you find out that the day off you forgot to ask for was serendipitously scheduled in when ani di franco makes vocalizations that sound like rabid Muppets when my boyfriend, in an entirely different context, makes noises that sound like rabid Muppets strangers complimenting you on something you've created sexy clothing on other people comfy clothing on me eating an entire box of atomically hot chicken wings and topping it off with 2 liters of Coke marijuana combined with friends (the immediate precedent to the chicken wings) dancing extremely poorly and not caring my hair after riding in a convertible with the top down (it's like: my body has the power to create things of such chaotic complexity?) doing better on exams than all the frickin' brownnosers in the school and watching their amazed disgust

-Hockey -Snuggling -People that smell good (and snuggling with them is a plus) -pesto -being lefthanded -being myself -having such a close knit group of friends who talk openly about everything -having such awesome friends who don't care that i'm gay and will listen to me go on about girls every so often -watching movies and cuddling with people you love to death -sleeping next to someone who you love to death -waking up underneath a down quilt in the middle of winter when it's really cold outside, but you're all warm underneath your quilt in bed -having those amazing conversations with people -my friends message board where we (a small group of friends) post our own poetry, life experiences, and philosophize -nutrageous -rainy days -singing along with popular songs even if you can't sing very well -living in Minneapolis (what a great city) -playing on the high school girls co-op team which essentially means we're the best of the best of Minneapolis Public Schools (go us!) -people accepting you for who you are -accepting yourself for who you are -sitting in theatre class in the back room, talking deep and chastely holding hands -the fact that people call me "Quack" in real life -having short hair that i don't have to deal with doing in the morning -getting good grades in school when you deserve them -having those moments of clarity when, suddenly, the world seems a little bit bigger to you -having those moments where a certain smell or word or something triggers a happy memory -kissing chastely when you've been in a relationship with someone for quite a while -the simple things in life -sunsets
