Hi, just last friday (today is monday) my boyfriend and I messed around. He was only wearing underwear and I was wearing spandex-like underwear. I was on top of him and grinding on him. Im afraid there's a way to get pregnant through this? I've been stressingg out over this so much.. I don't know what to do. The "posibilities" that I hear of scare me. He said he was not wet at all, but I don't know what to think. Can you give me your opinion on this? Do I have a chance of getting pregnant?

Hi, Sofeefee, thanks for starting your own thread.

We have lots of information on how pregnancy can and can't happen. For a run-down on risk/no-risk, Can I Get Pregnant, or Get or Pass On an STI From That?, and for details about the whys, Human Reproduction: A Seafarer's Guide. If you have questions about anything in those, you're welcome to ask.

Hi, thank you for the reply! I read it, and it oretty much tells me there's no risk, right? I've read other girl's questions and all of them seem as scared as I am lol. I've never done that with anyone before so I guess my bf and I are just a bit paranoid about this whole thing. I hate to wait, especially two weeks, for my period. I really hope I'm just overthinking all of this. Seeing all the other girls worried, but then relieved does make me feel better. Glad I found this page! So no risk, am I right?

It absolutely tells you there's no risk.

But if you know this freaks you out, maybe you can check in with yourself and make sure doing this again soon is what is really right for you. It might be you need more time or education first, or feel better if someone has actual pants on: just some possibilities to think about so you can be sure to only choose to do things you feel totally good about, including afterwards. Thank you so much! You're right. We won't be doing it anytime soon lol. Knowing that there's no risk makes me feel so much better.

Hi. So, lately I've been having a slightly sharp pain in my stomach (where I usually feel my cramps) and it's scaring me a bit. Am I causing myself this feeling by overthinking? My period should come around March 10. So, i doubt its PMS.

If you're having sharp pains or cramps in your abdomen that you don't think are period related, then it's best to go see a doctor (especially if the symptoms increase in severity or last for a prolonged length of time). Those can be symptoms of lots of things, and a health care provider can help you figure out what they are and how to treat them.
