I've been on birth control pills for about six months now and I am sexually active. I get really paranoid about pregnancy even though I take it correctly. Since me and my boyfriend are both clean we've been having sex without a condom but he pulls out, it's already the third day of placebo pills and I haven't gotten my withdrawal bleed. Should I be concerned?

If you want to have an even more effective back-up method, you could use condoms instead of withdrawal; they're even more effective.
I don't see a reason to be concerned at this point; at the third day of your placebo week, your withdrawal bleed isn't late. If you find that you're really worried about pregnancy no matter what types of birth control methods you use, it may be a good idea to just step back from the kinds of sex that carry a pregnancy risk for a while.
Also, just as a note: when talking about whether you have any STIs or not, it's really best to avoid language like "clean" as folks with them aren't "dirty." =)
