Ok so i breed oriental firebelly toads, i have 3 males and a female, 4 toadlets from last year, and eggs/tads
Thursday they laid eggs and they r hatching, and last night the adults spawned again
I got pics of the eggs dividing thursday but then my cameras card holder crapped out so i must try and get it fixed
But im happy that at 15/16 i got a good method of breeding these toads, as this can reduce the need for wild caught animals in pet stores

How cool is that!

Perhaps related, the area of the island we live on is just south of a part of it that used to be called Toad Holler.

I probably don't need to tell you why, but at least once a year a pretty amazing orchestra floats down to us from that area of all the toads making quite a bit of ruckus. [Smile]

Only things i havent kept are mammals (except humans), birds and lizards

Yay!! Update
The new eggs r growing slowly, perhaps there is a prob
I moved them to fresher water and the tadpoles should be eating tomorrow
Tadpoles cant eat for 3 days after hatching since their anuses r not yet developed and they live off yolk
