As many of you know, I've had a rough time of it over the past couple of months.
Now, I can finally start to see that there is a light at the tunnel- I've got my periods, had regular counselling sessions am just about to finish college, and have just started on Cerazette.
It has been such a long, painful road from when I had undiagnosed generalised anxiety disorder to where I am now, which is a much better place looking forward to new challenges, although I realise I may relapse back to square one. however, I now have control of my condition, and it is ME who has the power to change so I don't have to go downhill again.
Thankyou to everyone for helping me here, I couldn't have done it without you.
This is a definite YAY! It's a great achievement when you get to the point in your life when you realise that you really are the one who is responsible and in control of your life.
