okay, me and my ex were dating almost 3 years and he cheated on me and left me. i still love him and he said he's gonna come back one day and he misses me. i dont know if i should let him come back. he's had sex with other girls since we broke up but i dont know if that should matter to me, because we werent together and it was at a party, so it obviously didnt mean anything. also last year i left him and came back to. so its like he's putting me through the same thing. i dont know if i should wait for him.. but he's the only one i want.

I'm a tad concerned by the phrases:
"he said he's gonna come back one day"
"i dont know if i should wait for him"
What do you mean by that? Where has he gone?
Personally I feel he is stringing you along, if my assumtion that by "coming back to you" you mean he is just preoccupied with other women or his own life, and that he just wants to keep you as a back up plan. I'm very sorry that he cheated on you after three years of dating, I can only imagen how hard that was/is for you. I also feel that if he had any intention of "returning" because he genuinely loved you and cared about you, he wouldn't have slept with multiple women after the original cheating ordeal. Clearly he's not very serious about fighting to keep you.
