so this person i'll call "Klea" has a major crush on her teacher i'll call "Mr.G". She flirts wit him all the time and he flirts back. What should she do? She has "accidentally" flashed certain body parts at him and rubbed up against him. She knows she really likes him but doesn't know what to do about it.... any advice???

The best idea with teacher crushes is to not do anything about it. Legal issues aside (and there are legal issues aplenty), it's usually just a bad idea to get involved with someone in a position of authority over you. More often than not it doesn't end well.
It's seriously inappropriate for your friend to be "flashing body parts" at a teacher, or to make any other sexual advances towards him. If I were you, I would sit down with your friend and talk to her about this, telling her in a non-confrontational way that she could really get herself or the teacher into trouble for her actions. If that doesn't work, then there's not a whole lot you can do.
