If you don't want to hurt your boyfriend, then stop flirting with Romeo. If you can't do that, then re-evaluate whether or not you're ready for a steady relationship with your current boyfriend. If you find you want to be with your boyfriend, then distance yourself from Romeo, and let those flames die. There's no need to bring hurt to a relationship.
However, I'm confused. You say here you are flirting with Romeo, yet you posted that you want to begin a sexual relationship with your boyfriend? Please, for everyone involved, figure our where your loyalties lie before engaging in a sexual relationship with anyone. That will add more fuel to the fire, and cause more problems down the road.
