So, I just recently broke up with my boyfriend, who I was only with for about 10 days. My main reason for breaking up with him was because the other day, he came over and while we were talking, he took my iPod. I tried to bite him to get it back thinking he would hand it over but instead, he flinched away and used his free hand to strangle me and push me away from him. Anyways, while at his house one day, he was getting horny and wanted to have sex. I didn't. I was still sore because I just recently lost my virginity. He unbuttoned my pants and stuck his hand down there and was playing with me. I was fine for a bit and let him, but after a while, I couldn't take it and he asked me if I wanted him to stop, so I told him yes. He said "say my name first." I told him no and once again told him to stop touching me. He refused again, and said "I'm not gonna stop til you say my name." So I tried to push his hand away and he resisted and continued. Eventually, I got him to stop. I'm confused though... What just happened?! Is that considered molestation? Or... Idk. Please help me, I don't know what to think.. [Frown]

Hi TheGlassDoll and welcome to Scarleteen,

When someone says they don't want something, or otherwise make it clear they don't want it (such as by pushing a hand away), and the other person continues doing that thing, that's assault. So, when you told that guy to stop touching you, he needed to stop touching you, not play games and ignore your request.

I'm glad to hear you've split up from this guy as he sounds disrespectful and manipulative.
