I thank you for the discussion yesterday. I will be making an appointment asap with that clinic. I am just wondering ways I can prove my abuse if I had to? I know witnesses, anything else?

Could you explain a little more what you mean? Who are you thinking you'd be proving your abuse to?

The courts if I chose to press charges against someone for physical, mental, and sexual abuse.

Nodding.
That would involve filing charges with the police. They would interview you extensively and conduct an investigation including interviewing witnesses.
