Hello, i am writing here because i am very confused and in a situation. i am not sure if i am in an abusive relationship or not b/cthere is not any physical abuse, but i am very unhappy. i have been dating this guy for 4 months now, and everytime i go 2 break up with him, he blows up my cell phone, hell call me and tell me to shut the f up, he will start calling my house phone non stop all hours of the night, and when im with him he threatens to kick my car door and gets really nasty and yells at me, im scared he might hit me but never does, but i am worried about how to break up with him, i want to but i am scared to, and everytime i try to it never works. please advise what do i doo?

Before I answer your question, I'm just going to point out that here: http://www.scarleteen.com/forum/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=3;t=007713 you say you've been in a relationship for 10 months, a relationship that does not sound at all like the one you describe here. What's going on?

o yes this is the same situation....its very complicated b.w my parents not knowing, and then him getting crazy i duno whjats worse

Here, you've been dating for four months. In that other post, it's been ten. There, you want to be with him; here, you want to break up.

Regardless of the wild inconsistencies, anyone like this IS someone to sever a relationship with ASAP.

If he is refusing to accept a breakup, then you refuse to speak to him in any way or see him in any way. if he is pursuing you despite this, you call the police and file a harassment report and get a restraining order.

Or, if this is the same guy, given your parents have no love lost for him, you ask for their help.

see we been seein each other 10months yes but exclusive bf/gf 4 months im sorry for the misunderstanding....and i mean yeas i do love him 2 death but i do want to break up with him sometimes because he can get so crazy- and it just bothers me that he can be so persistant and wont accept a breakup .
