Hi,
I've been with my boyfrind for nearly a year now but the problem is that he gets really paranoid. He's really jealous of all my male friends. He always accuses me of flirting with other guys and he starts shouting and gets really angry.
Afterwards he is always sorry and realises that I wasn't doing anything wrong. He realises he's gets very paranoid and he wants to change. Please help as we don't know what to do.

He's being ABUSIVE if he is shouting at you.

Which makes all of this, includiing his paranoia, a HE issue, not a WE issue.

HE needs to seek out help for this on his own, and I'd suggest independent counseling and an emotional abusers support group.

I'd also suggest that until he's gotten started on these things and been doing them for at least a month or two, that you take some time away.
