The last day of my period was August 6th and from that day on I have been having head aches nausea and cramps Me and my boyfriend had sex about two weeks ago with condom and he pulled out its been three days including today my period has not come in I feel the vaginal cramps which usually mean its on its way but I recently started school and took medication for my astma what should I do my boyfriend dosnt seem to care much and I can't talk to my mother or anyone about this please help

Hi Destinee and welcome to Scarleteen,

I think you're saying that you're concerned you might be pregnant.

If you have used a condom for all genital contact with your boyfriend, and the condom did not break or slip off, it is unlikely that pregnancy has occurred.

However, the only way to know if you're pregnant or not is to take a pregnancy test. Here is some information on testing if that is what you'd like to do.

There are many reasons other than pregnancy someone might be experiencing headaches, nausea and so on.

Thank you that eases my mind but my period is 3 days late my breast have grown a bit and my body is all messed up cause of medication

I am taking a medical steroid for my astma there is a possibility that It could be effecting my menstrual cycle it is called MethylPREDNISolone Dose Pack

We're not pharmacists, nor your prescribing physician.

So, if you have read the patient information and it doesn't say anything about that, it's unlikely, but you can always call in to either of those people to double check.
