My boyfriend and I had sex recently and we discovered a mucus-like substance near the base of the condom on him as well as near the entrance of my vagina when he went to pull out. It was also white-ish like the cum. I read through the pregnancy scare guide on this site but I'm not really sure what that stuff was. We used a condom correctly and we didn't find any holes in it after he had taken it off. Is it possible that it was just a mixture of the lube and my vaginal fluids? Or was it something else? I'm prepared to go get Plan-B in the morning from a local pharmacy but I don't really want to unless I have to.

If the condom didn't fail, then you can be confident that what you saw was lube and/or your own vaginal discharge and lubrication. Plan B isn't necessary at all.
