My period is late about a week. I took a pregnancy test came out negative. I feel my period coming I feel it but nothing the only thing I can think about that I been doing to my body is taking biotin. Can biotin affect/ delay my period? Been doing research and I can't find an answer!! Help!!

No, dietary supplements should not have an effect on your menstrual cycle.

Late periods are usually not a big deal, and there are lots of possible reasons why a period may be late. We have a pretty good summary of those reasons here: M.I.A or, Dude, Where's My Period?
