So last night while masturbating i felt between my legs, under my scrotum, something that felt like a thick vein or something under my skin
It wasnt a vien i dont think but when i pushed on it it made the angle of my erection change and it felt good to keep pressure on it during masturbation
What was i pressing on and is it safe to apply pressure to it? I wasnt in any pain or discomfort from pressing on it

It is my hope that what i ask here is answered for me and anyone else afraid to ask the same question :)

Hey That Strange CT child,

A lot of people think that the penis ends above the scrotum, but it actually continues under the scrotum. What you're describing sounds like the base of the penis.

Here's a link with some diagrams and descriptions that will hopefully help make this clearerInnies & Outies: The Penis, Testes and More

Your body will tell you if something isn't safe to do. Unless you have pain or discomfort from putting pressure on that area, you can consider that it's safe.
