Well, I've been on BC since 2010 and I've always taken Femelle 20. The past few months I had spotting, so my doctor told me to change to Femelle. There is a difference between them, because Femelle 20 had only 4 inactive pills and Femelle has 7.
With Femelle 20 I chose not to take the placebo pills, as I considered it unnecessary, but I feel a little insecure about not taking pills fore a whole week!
BC is my only birth control method, will I still be pregnancy-protected during the placebo week?
