So I was making out with my girlfriend and she gave me oral sex.
I cum inside her mouth and she swallowed it down with drinking water.
Then, I fingered her, put my finger in her mouth and fingered her deep.
Is there a chance that sperm can be transferred from my finger from her mouth to the vagina and causing pregnancy?
Happened in less than 10 minutes..
She's on day 3 of her pill that contains Cyproterone acetate 2 mg, ethinyloestradiol 0.035 mg
She's having pregnancy-like symptoms but I hope it's just the pills.
It happened 2 weeks ago.

No, you did not have a pregnancy risk from the situation you described.

I've read somewhere that if sperms are present on the finger, she could get pregnant.
In my situation, I'm just wondering will there be sperm in my fingers...

If your hand had been covered in fresh ejaculate, then there would be a risk. But that's not what happened, and sperm are pretty delicate creatures: they don't survive being transferred from place to place like that. Plus, it's pretty doubtful that there would have been any left in her mouth anyways.

Some said drinking water don't wash the sperm away.
I'm very confused now.

There's no risk in what you described, as was said above. No reason to be worried. However, I would ask you if you've considered how ready for sex you are right now, when you know something doesn't pose a risk but it's worrying you this much. Her last pill will be tomorrow.
Hopefully there will be her period soon after.
Still worried...

It's been 72 hours into her pill-free week but still no bleeding...
When does it usually come?
She never missed any pill...

It's very typical for it to take a few days for the bleeding to start after the last active pill. Sometimes it takes two or three days, for other women it takes until almost the end of the pill-free week. So, there really is no reason to be concerned.

She's got very painful cramps for quite some time already.
I hope that's a sign for her withdrawal bleeding?

Mind is at peace now!
She's finally got her withdrawal bleed.
But it's thick.
Normal?
Just for my own knowledge, could pregnancy still occur even if you had your withdrawal bleed?

No. It is not possible to have a period and be pregnant.
