As long as I can remember, I've touched my vagina in the bath. Is this harmful to the vagina if a lot of water gets inside? Does it go inside like air if you touch it in water?

In order to get water INSIDE the vagina, you have to push it in with something like a douche bottle, or by literally aiming a faucet inside it. That is not recommended at all, but it's also not likely what's going on with you in the bath.
