So I've had sex with two different people, and have never orgasmed during intercourse of any kind. I was getting really fed up with it, because I was getting scared that I wasn't even able to..so I bought a vibrator. I don't use the vibrator inside my vagina, because I don't find it that pleasurable, but I do use it on my clitoris and for the first times using it nothing spectacular happened, but then lately, when I do use it after a little while I tense up and my mind goes blank and I feel a rush through me (I'm guessing this is an orgasm) but also, my vagina literally pulsates and moves up and down kind of. I don't really know how to describe it...but is this normal? Is this part of an orgasm? And is an orgasm through actual sexual intercourse different?

Yep, that definitely sounds like an orgasm to me. Usually orgasms do involve contractions of the uterine and vaginal muscles, so what you're describing is a very normal part of an orgasm.
There really is only one physiological kind of orgasm no matter the stimulation that causes it, i.e. intercourse versus clitoral masturbation. They can vary in intensity from activity to activity and occasion to occasion, though. Everyone's a bit different here.
