Okay I know I am probably way overthinking this, but I am a control freak so I like to be absolutely sure of these things. I was giving a guy a hand-job and licked his penis some number of times (but I never had oral sex or put it in my mouth or anything), but it wasn't covered with a condom or anything (just some vaseline). Is it possible I could get an STD from that? This was about a month ago so I'm not so much worried that I actually have an std, I just want to make sure I'm being safe in the future. Just to be clear, there was no contact with fluids.

Yes, you did have a risk of STIs from that (and some are asymptomatic, meaning they don't or won't always show symptoms. Because it's been a month you can go ahead and get tested now to be on the safe side. In the future? Condoms 4 oral sex protection.

Thanks for the information. Do you know which ones specifically I would be at risk for?

This link explains which types of STIs you'd be at risk of:
