ok so i got this friend & she has a boyfriend, they make out, & all tht junk, but then she told me shes been doin stuff like fingerin &kissin (having fun) with girls. like vibing them& them vibing her. is this cheatin on her boyfriend? [Confused]

That really depends on how she and her boyfriend define cheating, and what sort of relationship they have. If he's assuming they're monogamous, then he might well see what she's doing as cheating, but it's a difficult question to answer without knowing how they in particular see this issue.
