Somehow my pills are all messed up. On Saturday I went to take my pill and I saw that I hadn't took Fridays, so I took them both.

So just now I decided to check out my pills and I took Tuesday's on Monday night.. So I am a day ahead..

I also had unprotected sex twice since Saturday, my boyfriend pulled out once but the other time he did not.

So now I am really confused.. I'm afraid I could be pregnant, and I have no clue how my pills ended up this way!

So, am I understanding you have not actually MISSED any pills, but instead, took an extra? Or are you saying you forgot Friday's pill, so took both Friday and Saturday's pill on Saturday?

Sunday, was that pill taken? Monday, you took a pill, too?

I'm not quite sure, it's possible I took two pills on Saturday, because I don't recall not taking one at night when I normally do. But that is probably what happened because I have been taking them normally since. As of now I am on my placebo pills which should be Wednesday.

So, sounds like you missed one and backed it up, then somehow took extras and got ahead. So, seems like we're probably only talking about one actual MISSED pill, which you made up the next day.

That given, pregnancy would not be a major concern. Taking extra pills can be a health concern, but doesn't make pregnancy more likely: it's missing pills that compromises your effectiveness, but one missed pill still outs you in the typical use rate (the way most women, in real life, use it) for the pill, which is about 92% effective.

My period should come by Friday like it normally does. My OBGYN said I could change to the shot or something when I got my period so I will probably do that. I don't tend to forget pills but I'd rather not worry about it.

Thank you though =]
