I have been in a steady relationship for several months now and after being tested, my boyfriend and I have sex without using condoms (I am on the Pill and have been for a long time). Sometimes, especially when we are together for a few days and engage in sex a lot, he'll notice a thick white discharge come out when he enters. During sex, my boyfriend likes to occasionally ejaculate inside of me, which I don't mind. However, I am wondering if this is the reason for this "discharge", because normally I do not notice such a thick discharge myself on a daily basis. I do not have itching or anything else that would indicate infection so I was wondering if this is a common thing or if I should be concerned.

Okay, well, women can have discharge during sexual intercourse, but if your boyfriend ejaculates inside of you, then I think itīs much more likely itīs his semen. Semen can leak out of the vagina after ejaculation. Although it sounds thatīs whatīs going on, look at it. If it doesnīt look like semen, then itīs possible that when you orgasm, your vagina is discharging what some people like to call "girl cum". Itīs basically just discharge from your vagina that comes out after orgasm, or even a little before. Itīs completely normal and nothing to worry about
