Nope. If you're not using enough lube you might be a little chafed, and you would probably notice that you would ejaculate less and less semen each time, but that only means that your body hasn't 'restocked'. Other than that? Nothing would happen to you (you might be a little tired, though! )

Yes, SnailShells is right. Nothing will happen besides possibly being chafed. Also, there probably will be less ejaculate, if your body hasn't had time to produce more.
