My boyfriend and I have had sex 5 times now. The first time it hurt the worst, but it still does even now. I do not believe it has anything to do with the hymen, because that has not been intact for awhile now. I know my body pretty well..especially down there, but I was wondering what the pain could be from. It hurts when he goes in too deep..as if his penis is hitting the end of my cervix or something of the like. Any expert advice would be greatly appreciated =)

You probably already answered your own question. The vaginal canal is only 4 inches or so in depth, so any farther and you're going to hit the cervix, which is very uncomfortable for most women.
If you are experiencing pain upon penetration, then you are likely not aroused or relaxed enough, or in need of extra lubrication to make things move more smoothly.
