The penis?

Beyond that I think it really depends on the guy. Is there a particular guy you're interested in? Maybe you should ask him which places he likes to be touched.

SpiralBound is right, the only way you can know for any particular guy is by asking, because just like with women, it varies. Sure, stimulation of the penis, the prostate, the scrotum, etc. is generally arousing in a number of men, but for others it may be normal to not enjoy stimulation of those areas as others. Some men may have a thing with their ears, or hands, or feet, or any other body part, and a man standing right next to him may have a whole different set - there simply isn't a definitive list.

Here's the low down, if you like it, there is a strong chance he does too! whooo! Areas that aren't touched often tend to be more capable o arousal then one that are. Insides of wrists, neck, ears, stomach, hips, inner thighs, the underside of your knees, even armpits...(beware of hair) If you tickle there, chances are the right touch will make those nifty tinglies up your spine!

TheFerret- that actually is not a good guideline to go by. What works for one person does not necessarily work for another- every single person has different preferences and different responses. This is why we say that the best thing to do is to simply ask and experiment to find out what's best for each person as an individual.
