I've never really marked out a specific day for my when my period starts. i think it's between the 10th and 13th, but i'm completely not sure. I'm just getting kind of nervous because me and my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex, stupid i know, though he pulls out everytime, still i know that doesn't really matter; it only takes one sperm to get you pregnant. And to make me look like even a bigger fool, my best friend is pregnant right now, so it should have been a reality check. but anyways, possibly could my stressing over my period have any effect on it? i think i might just be paranoid or something though. But i have been getting very slight cramps for the past three days, like the upper thigh pulse type cramps. possibly a sign of an on coming period. though i usually get my period with in the next day of the first sign of cramps.
sorry if this has already been covered, and if it's all stuff i should already know at 16.

It's unlikely, btw, that your period comes within those certain dates each month because of the way months have varied numbers of days and mestrual cycles don't, if you get my drift.

But here's the critical part: you've been having unprotected sex. Thus, you have been at high risk of pregnancy and STI transmission, so for right now, you'll want to get a pregnancy test and STI screen AND, if you don't want either of those things, pregnancy or an STI?

You'll wise up, gal, and insist on protection, and if your partner won't cooperate, you'll walk away from that person, period, okay?
