Ok I've said something about this b4 but I said they were gone already....I had really bad cramps again last night(I had cramps the day b4 that made me nausous) and I have them again this afternoon. They arent making me as nausous anymore but they are very painful...any clue to whats causing it or is it the norm?

If this is the same thing you mentioned before, you should see a doctor about it. It is a good thing that they aren't causing you to become nauseous anymore, but extreme pain isn't good, even for menstrual cramps. I'd schedule an appointment with your doc, or just give them a call at the very least.

You can start w/ your family doctor, and if it's something beyond his/her knowledge/experience, they can refer you to a GYN.
